Microtechnologies and nanotechnologies in drug delivery
基于微纳米技术的药物递送系统

ABSRACT
Advanced drug delivery systems are having an enormous impact on human health. I start by discussing our early research on developing the controlled release systems for macromolecules and how that led to the isolation of the first angiogenesis inhibitors and then led to numerous new therapies, including nanoparticle-based drug delivery. I then discuss new oral delivery systems for macromolecules such as insulin. Finally, I discuss the development of approaches for creating new tissues and organs, including organs on a chip.
