ABSRACT

With the blooming of consumer electronics and sensor network in the past decades, the vast applications and wide distributions of low-power consumption mobile electronics have reached every corner of our daily life, also make another story about energy beyond conventional batteries with limit life, which we named it as self-powered Integrated Smart System.
In this talk, we start with high performance TENG based hybrid nanogenerator, then multi-functional active sensors and actuators based on the same principle, including the method to mimic human skin with stretch ability and conductivity. Furthermore, biocompatibility, self-healing and humidity-resistance are also stated. Finally, some demonstrations of self-powered smart system, for example, skin-on-chip, smart watch, health monitor patch, will be introduced. The perspective of this field will be discussed in the last.

随着信息技术的发展,以集成电路为代表的芯片应用已经进入生产生活的方方面面,人类进入了“硅器时代”,与此同时,这些微小型芯片的供能问题就成了一个主要的挑战,特别是在消费类电子和物联网以及人工智能的应用中,海量的低能耗节点和终端需要实时持续供电,因此,呼唤能够从环境中随时随地采集能量并进行转换供电的能量采集器。张海霞教授将在这次讲座中将从高性能的能量采集技术入手,从理论研究、加工技术到器件应用等三个层面对相关的科学问题和核心技术进行探讨,介绍利用大批量制造工艺制备的高性能摩擦发电机与复合式能量采集器、微型超级电容器、高效的能量管理电路,以及与其他微型传感器和执行器的集成形成的自驱动集成智能微系统,并重点介绍其在健康监测、主动式人机交互与安全、人工智能、环境保护、物联网等等领域的应用,为即将到来的智能时代奠定技术基础。

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Haixia(Alice) Zhang, Professor, Institute of Microelectronics, Peking University. Dr. Zhang received her Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology at 1998. After finishing her postdoctoral research at the Tsinghua University, she joined the faculty of the Institute of Microelectronics in 2001. Dr. Zhang is active in the field of micro and nanotechnologies with a focus on micro energy devices and smart system. She is Editorial board member of IEEE-JMEMS, IEEE-TANO, Microsystems & Nanoengineering, IET MNL, etc. She is co-author of 250 peer-reviewed scientific publications and 9 books/book chapters, co-invented 42 patents (include 5 US patents). She served on the program committees of numbers conference, such as IEEE NEMS, IEEE Nano, and MNE conferences. In particularly she was General Chair for the IEEE NEMS 2013 and IEEE MEMS2021. She won National Invention Award of Science & Technology at 2006, Teaching Award at 2013, Geneva Invention Gold Medal at 2014. She is the founder of iCANX Talks.

张海霞博士,北京大学信息科学技术学院教授,微纳领域的国际著名学者,国际大学生iCAN创新创业大赛发起人,国际iCAN联盟主席,iCANX Talks创始人等。张海霞教授的研究小组长期专注于微纳系统和微能源技术的研究,在国内外学术界产生了较大的影响。在国际重要学术期刊上发表学术论文250余篇,拥有42项授权中国发明专利和3项美国授权发明专利,出版专著和编著8本。担任IEEE NTC北京分会主席,2013年IEEE NEMS国际会议主席,2021年IEEE MEMS国际会议主席及多个国际会议的组织者。担任IEEE TNano、JMEMS, Nature系MNE等杂志的编委。张海霞教授获得了多项国内外奖励,包括:2006年获得国家技术发明二等奖,2013年北京市教学成果二等奖,2014年日内瓦国际发明展金奖,2017年荣获北京市优秀教师和北京大学十佳导师光荣称号,2018年荣获北京市五一劳动奖章和国家教学成果二等奖。
